i have a routine but it isnt too strict. I usually stay away from really fatty foods and foods with a lot of sugar. i do cardio every other day and lift weights inbetween those days. it really helps me to not gain weight and not lose weight so i keep the same weight.
You are so right! Exercising does improve ones health and physical condition!!! Keep exercising F Zaragoza ;-)
